Simonfay & Partners has been assisting foreign, in particular Austrian, French and German, investors in connection with their Hungarian investments since 1990.
Beside Hungarian, our layer colleagues can assist clients in English, German, French, Czech and Russian.
Our office has been closely cooperating with auditors, tax-advisors and monetary institutions on the domestic and foreign markets in order to allow us to provide clients, beside the legal advising and representation, with a full scale of advisory services.
We are mainly specialised in business and commercial advising. We have a remarkable experience in the field of company acquisition and restructuring, green field investments, competition law, employment, litigation, malpractice, health law, company law, torts, real estate, intellectual property law and EU law.
Although our clients are mainly domestic and foreign small and medium size enterprises, we also represent a number of large companies on a continuous basis.
Our aim is to provide clients with practical, client-centred services and, thereby, to solve legal issues effectively, on a highly professional level. In order to provide clients with an all-round and thorough advice, we continuously double-check our output.
Our office is located in the heart of Budapest, on the Andrássy Boulevard, in the centre of the business district, which provides a perfect background to our cutting-edge legal services.
