Numerous legal opportunities have arisen for Hungary through its accession to the European Union. At the same time, one must calculate with several obligations the knowledge of which is essential.
We consider it important to inform our clients regarding the law of the European Union, as well as the case law of the Luxembourg-based European Court of Justice. We also wish to assist clients to successfully use the so-called "preliminary ruling proceedings" in connection with domestic civil lawsuits.
Our colleagues are encouraged to participate in courses and lawyers' conferences dealing with EU-law.
